I hope you're not serious. Please tell me you're not serious. If you are, then I have some things to tell you:
1) Mending sucks bigtime, Healing Signet heals more, can't be shattered, has no energy cost, has a quick casting time, short recharge, and no energy penalties. Even if you desperately want a monk skill to heal, take Live Vicariously, it heals twice as much.
2) Healing Hands doesn't suck as much, but Warriors are for pure damage. Spend your elite slot on an attack skill and Healing Signet will clean up the damage.
3) Healing Breeze... just compare it to Healing Signet. Drop all your points in Healing Prayers and pump up the siggy.
4) Endure Pain... Healing Signet is for healing. It's all you need. Strength sucks aswell, leave it in the dirt.
5) Bonetti's Defence... Don't tank unless you're soloing. You have no energy problems or a need for defence (if you have healing signet)
If you want a good basic Warrior build, then use this template:
Increased Attack Speed Skill (IAS)
Elite attack
Attack
Attack
Attack
Healing Signet
Utility/Secondary Skill/Another Attack
Res

Wrong. sever>gash>final sword warriors dont need an elite, so anything can be used. So, on sword warriors your elite slot isnt needed to be an attack.

Again, wrong. I know many warriors who use endure > sig in both PvE and PvP. If Strength sucks so much, why do most warriors have 8-10 in it?

Nothing wrong with it. When low on health and you have 3 warriors on you and your monks are focused on something else, a -40 armor for 2 secs will kill you. It's good to have a 75% chance to block.

I was trying to make a general statement (Don't forget Dragon Slash either). He mentioned Executioners Strike in his opening statement so I assumed he was an Axe Warrior. I like to see Eviscerate or Triple Chop on axe Warriors bars.

For their shield... (good to soak up spare points too, and how do you know what I consider 'in the dirt'?) Anyway, when I like to heal, I like to know my health isn't going to drop again in 15 seconds. I wouldn't really know much about PvP because I don't really go that often. Never PuG anymore either...

If you're using Healing Signet at that time, and your Monks are busy (if you have aggro, what's their problem?), then you're in trouble anyway. The Monks are for healing. If you want, then take a stance. I just said don't tank, I never said to be completely defence free (I consider defensive stances utility, so if you missed that (or I forgot to say so(I was in a rush)), I'm sorry). Wow. that was alot of brackets...

What it this crazy build? Your just a ball of healing! You couldnt solo farm with this build and if your farming with monks, what u gonna do? Help them? At best a pve warrior should only have 3 skills directed towards healing, 1 rez, 3 attack, one utility. Thats my personal veiw on a pve warrior. Pvp DITCH THE HEALING!
My W/Mo Pve Build as follows
W/Mo
Lv 20
Sword 10 + 4
Strength 10 + 1
Tactics 5
Healing 10
1. Sever Artery
2. Gash
3. Final Thrust
4. Bonettis Defense
5. Endure Pain
6. Healing Breeze
7. Healing Hands
8. Rez Sig

for PvE i generaly take Tigers stance, a few attack skills depending on weapon, bonetti's defense, a heal sig, distracting blow, a res, and maybe some other type of utility depending on the area I'm in (Wild blow is a good choice most of the time.
When Nightfall hits I will always have Flail on my bar when I PvE.
As far as strength goes, its there genealy becuase I want a decent lasting Sprint/Rush/Tigers Stance(PvE) and so I can use my shield. I will use 13 strength when I have nothing better to put the points into, but that happens rarely.

I'll reitterate your skills:
Healing Signet (Tactics)
Mending (Healing)
Healing Breeze (Healing)
Healing Hands (e) (Healing)
Endure Pain (Strength)
Bonetti's Defense (Tactics)
Executioner's Axe (Axe Mastery)
Furious Axe/Cyclone Axe (Axe Mastery)
I see 4 attributes needed, 2 attacking, 1 defense, 4 healing, 1 boost to life.
With so much in Healing, I think you have about 12 into it. Axe should be at 12 as well (else you have weakened your attack be a lot).
3 attributes left in 2 skills. 1 in each + rune/helm, and 1 left over.
This does not seem very effective. Now if you have runes, that may change a few of your stats, but in the end, it doesn't seem effective.
Use only 3 stats at max, not 4. 2 is more preferrable though.
